ConnextCare offers same-day acute care services daily at each of it's locations. Please call our offices to get more information on the acute care hours by calling one of our offices. Office phone numbers can be found here. We accept all major insurances including Excellus!

The Pulaski office offers acute scheduled and walk-in appointments 5 days a week from 7:00am - 6:00 pm. We are closed daily from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm for lunch. To contact the Acute Care Suite in Pulaski please call (315) 602-4420.
