ConnextCare Central Square

ConnextCare Central Square is a patient-centered healthcare practice serving residents of Oswego and Northern Onondaga counties with a wide range of comprehensive healthcare and related services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

When arriving, please take the driveway on the right-hand side of the parking lot to the back of the building. Enter through the lower level and follow the signs to the ConnextCare suite.

All major insurances are accepted, and a sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients.
