ConnextCare Fulton is a patient-centered healthcare practice serving Oswego and Northern Onondaga County residents with a wide range of comprehensive healthcare and related services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
