The mainstay of ConnextCare’s Medication Assisted Treatment service is the use of a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone, including Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, Bunavail®, and Probuphine®.
We also provide Vivitrol injections to patients with alcohol dependency and/or opioid dependence as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
These treatments are covered by many insurance plans and have demonstrated success in supporting recovery from addiction.
These services are offered in our Pulaski, Mexico, Fulton, and Oswego offices.
Patients interested in participating in the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) service must complete a pre-treatment screening.
