Established in 1975, ConnextCare Dental is a patient-centered dental practice providing Oswego, Jefferson, and Onondaga County residents with a variety of comprehensive dental services. The center is operated by ConnextCare, a private, federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Located at 61 Delano Street, in Pulaski, New York and at 510 South Fourth Street, Suite 600, in Fulton, New York, ConnextCare Dental of Pulaski & Fulton are accredited through the Joint Commission. The dental office treats patients of all ages using digital radiography and electronic dental charts.

All major insurances are accepted, and a sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients.
