Community Immunization Information
ConnextCare is now offering the COVID-19 vaccination to all eligible New Yorkers. During our Clinics, Appointments are strongly encouraged, however walk-ins will be accepted based on vaccine availability.

Moderna Booster and Flu Vaccine Clinics:
ConnextCare is holding a booster clinic for New Yorker's who are eligible per the FDA guidelines. In order to receive the booster dose, you will need to have completed your initial COVID-19 vaccine series at least six months ago and also meet the following criteria:
- 65 years of age and older
- 18 through 64 years of age at high risk of severe COVID-19
- 18 through 64 years of age with frequent institutional or occupational exposure to COVID-19
Flu vaccine will also be offered to you at the time of your booster dose!

Pfizer First Dose Clinics Ages 5 and up:
The CDC has recommended the Pfizer vaccine for 5yr and up with parents and guardians encouraged to work with their local pediatricians and family physicians to get their children scheduled! As the largest primary care provider in Oswego County, ConnextCare is proactively working with local school districts to offer vaccines at a location that your children are already comfortable going to each day!
