Billing Representative Charge Processor

ConnextCare is looking to add a Billing Representative/Charge Processor to its Pulaski Health Center.
As a Billing Representative/Charge Processor with ConnextCare you will accurately collect and input billing data into the computer system verifying insurance eligibilities and billing charges making sure all charges match the coding guidelines.
This position will communicate questions to providers regarding documentation and billing charges, working with Open Encounter report daily using ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT coding, ensuring accuracy and reconciling receipts and charges daily. Journals are closed at the end of shift each day. Must comply with organizations code of conduct, safety rules, and adheres to all company policies.



Job Requirements: High School Graduate/ Equivalency, with medical/office billing experience preferred
Must be courteous and tactful
Must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspect of the position.

RN Care Manager

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm 

 As a Care Manager you will need to have Knowledge in all aspects of the electronic medical record, including training and monitoring for compliance and timely follow-up. You will be responsible for the daily nurse visit schedule that includes billing and charting in a timely manner. Assist with flu shot and other immunization clinics in the capacity of an RN, duties include Triage, facilitating patient questions and answers and case management: Per Medical Home, HEDIS and Meaningful Use requirements.  Respond to actual or potential health problems through case finding and provision of care supportive to restorative life and well-being. To execute medical regimens as prescribed by a licensed provider, including but not limited to, tests, treatments and medications. To participate in quality improvement, in-service workshops, continuing education and peer review as is requested by management and supervision. To engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team. Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision.

Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program, with a current New York State license as a Registered Nurse. Demonstrate a willingness to accept direction from providers and VP/ Chief Nursing Officer.  Must possess the ability to work well and with compassion in stressful situations, maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both patients and co-workers and be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position.

Job Requirements: Graduate of a certified Nursing Program, with a license to practice practical nursing. Pediatric Experience preferred for School Based position. Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description: To work with the behavioral health providers, medical staff, nursing staff, management team to assure clinical quality of the highest standard. This position counsels patients with emotional, developmental and/or personality problems, referring severe cases to appropriate community or medical agencies. Billing Representative- Worker's Compensation/No Fault

ConnextCare is looking to add a Billing Representative/Worker’s Compensation specialist to its Pulaski office.

As a Billing Representative, specializing in Worker’s Compensation, you will receive and process Worker’s Compensation and No Fault MVA claims, following up with patients and employers for all the information necessary in processing the claim. Review pending claims monthly and rebilling claims as necessary, following up on reduced payments for accuracy and possible for appeals. Post Worker’s Compensation and MVA insurance payments. This position works closely with clinical and clerical staffs to ensure all information is accurate when processing the claim. Also, work closely with the NY State Worker’s Compensation board. Contact insurance companies to follow up on delinquent claims. Must comply with organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adhere to all company policies.

Provide direct patient care as outlined in the employment contract, including diagnosis, treatment and/or referral. Maintain accurate dental records on each patient, complying with all local, state and federal requirements. Supervise the dental hygienist and dental assistants, providing guidance and quality assurance. Assist the dental receptionist providing input on the procedures completed, assisting with the completion of the encounter and computer input. Participate in In-Service workshops, continuing education, quality assurance and peer review. Adhere to all professional by-laws, administrative and personnel policies and procedures. Sign and co-sign any and all forms necessary in the daily operations of the department. Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer in improving efficiency and productivity. Participate in the development of goals and objectives and various audits to monitor that these goals and objectives are being met. To engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team. Other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Chief Dental Officer and/or Administration.

Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited dental school with a license to practice dentistry in New York State.
