Human Resources Generalist

Job Description: ConnextCare is looking to add a HR Generalist to its growing Human Resources Department. This is a full time position located in the Pulaski location. This individual will work closely with the HR Director in all aspects of HR duties. This position will conduct recruiting tasks which include job postings, receiving and tracking employment applications, process employment verifications once candidates are identified, and conducting New Hire Orientation. Assist in conducting payroll operations which include entering data changes for employees, reviewing and processing timecard verifications using the electronic timecard system. The HR Generalist will also conduct employee benefit enrollment, cancellation and reconciliation of invoices monthly.


Job Requirements: Ideal candidate will have an Associates degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 1-3 years Human Resource experience. Verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate proper judgment and decision making skills. Comply with the organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies. Network/VoIP/Systems Administrator

ConnextCare, formerly Northern Oswego County Health Services Inc., is seeking an experienced Network/VoIP/Systems Administrator to add to its Information Services department. This position is based in the Pulaski office, but travel throughout the network is required.

The Network/VoIP/Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring and resolving any alerts involving network hardware, firewall, and all WAN, LAN and VoIP networking components. Maintaining network performance with focus on infrastructure and remote office support (onsite and remote) is a primary focus of this position. Installation and support of Cisco Meraki, and HP Networking equipment, Cisco Meraki Routers/Firewalls, and Layer 2/3 Switches. Administration of common network services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP is an essential function of the position. Ideal candidate will have excellent IP Network, VoIP and QoS troubleshooting capabilities, able to maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University; or equivalent training, education and experience in Networking or Systems administration. Cisco CCNA, COMP TIA Network +, Microsoft Certifications desirable.
Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years of networking experience and two years in a network infrastructure role. Previous experience and working knowledge of Performance Tuning, LAN/WAN, Network Design and implementation.
MPLS networks, Cisco Meraki, HP equipment, VPNs, Meraki firewalls, switches, routers, Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory environment are required. Experience with virtualization technologies specifically Hyper-V and exposure to Terminal Services are a plus. Ability to communicate problems with supervisors as they become aware. As a Clinical Assistant with ConnextCare you will assist clinical support with rooming patients, electronic chart documentation, recording vital signs, follow up on provider orders, phlebotomy. Assist with preparation for treatments and procedures without medication administration. Assist in maintaining clinical supplies and cleanliness of work area. Perform CLIA lab controls and quality checks according to policy schedule. Assist with regulatory audits as requested. Schedule patient appointments according to guidelines; any other clinical duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision. Ideal candidate will have previous CMA or CNA experience.


Job Requirements: Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant Program and have job training. Must demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and electronic medical record systems. Patient Access Representative

As a Patient Access Representative you must foster patient service skills acting as a patient advocate, making certain all of their needs are met.

This position will greet patients, visitors and representatives to the center, verify insurance coverage, collect any necessary copays, etc. Additional tasks are; registering all patients entering the office, verifying demographic and insurance coverage (Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care) and initiating encounters for patients seen. This position also answers all incoming calls scheduling appointments as appropriate and scanning documents into EHR as received. Must comply with organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies.

Solid computer skills required, experience with Electronic Medical Record software is strongly preferred.

As a Dental Assistant, you will act as chair side assistant to the dentist, preparing necessary materials and equipment for various dental procedures. Cleaning, sterilizing and setting up instruments, preparing exam rooms and setup between patients, taking x-rays, and performing routine maintenance on dental equipment. Assisting with maintaining dental patient record, completing the encounter form and ensuring all services rendered are documented. Dental Assistants work closely with the dentist and dental staff in improving productivity and efficiency and participate with in-service workshops and quality assurance activities as required.

As a Dentist with ConnextCare, you will provide direct patient care as outlined in the employment contract, including diagnosis, treatment and/or referral. Maintain accurate dental records on each patient, complying with all local, state and federal requirements. Supervise the dental hygienist and dental assistants, providing guidance and quality assurance. Assist the dental receptionist providing input on the procedures completed, assisting with the completion of the encounter and computer input. Participate in In-Service workshops, continuing education, quality assurance and peer review. Adhere to all professional by-laws, administrative and personnel policies and procedures. Sign and co-sign any and all forms necessary in the daily operations of the department. Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer in improving efficiency and productivity. Participate in the development of goals and objectives and various audits to monitor that these goals and objectives are being met. To engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team. Other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Chief Dental Officer and/or Administration.


Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited dental school with a license to practice dentistry in New York State. Two years of practicing experience or one year general dentistry residency and background in a group setting desirable. Licensed Master Social Worker

ConnextCare is looking to add an experienced Licensed Master Social Worker to its growing Outpatient Behavioral Health team. This individual will work primarily within the School Based Health Centers.

The LMSW will work with the behavioral health providers, medical staff, nursing staff, management team to assure clinical quality of the highest standard. This position counsels patients with emotional, developmental and/or personality problems, referring severe cases to appropriate community or medical agencies. Must have the ability to carry full patient load, including all necessary documentation. Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision. Supervision provided. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) strongly preferred.



Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited health institution with certification in NYS, Masters Degree with adolescent experience. To manage the behavioral health activities counseling individuals, group and family therapies; must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both patient and co- workers; must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
