ConnextCare is is proud to announce the addition of Rick Leone, LMSW, to its growing team of dedicated mental health professionals. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Leone brings a strong background in clinical practice, community outreach, and compassionate client care. School Based Health Center team at Lura Sharp Elementary.
Leone received his Master in Social Work from Nazareth College. With a passion for advocacy and mental health awareness, Leone specializes in trauma-informed care, with a particular interest in youth and family services.

In his new role, Leone will provide individual and family counseling for students enrolled in the School Based Health Center Program at Lura Sharp Elementary.
