External Respiratory Center (ERC)
The External Respiratory Center (ERC) is an advanced model of care designed to safely evaluate and treat patients with respiratory symptoms. This specialized space includes negative-pressure exam rooms for acute care visits, pulmonary function testing for COPD patients, and spirometry testing to assess asthma.
The ERC also features on-site lab capabilities for rapid testing, including flu, COVID-19, and strep. A covered outdoor canopy allows patients with limited mobility to remain in their vehicles while receiving care.
