Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services

Addiction does not discriminate. If you or someone you know needs help with drugs or alcohol, effective treatments and support are available.

ConnextCare offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone (Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, Bunavail®, Probuphine®). We also provide Vivitrol® injections for patients with alcohol and/or opioid dependence as part of a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan.

These services are available at our Pulaski, Mexico, Fulton, and Oswego locations and are covered by many insurance plans.

Getting Started

Patients interested in participating in the SUD program must complete a pre-treatment screening. To learn more or get started, please call (315) 598-4790 to speak with our Care Manager for Specialty Services, Ashley Magno, RN.
